What is a golf trip planner app?

How big can a trip be?
Templates cover a 4-person weekend up to a 48-player flighted trip. You can set a player cap; anyone who says they are in after it fills goes on a waitlist in order.
Do trips support expense splitting?
Yes. Add shared costs like greens fees, lodging, meals and caddie tips and split them across the crew, with a Venmo link for each share. Venmo payments are real money. The trip ledger then shows who owes whom across every expense, entry fee and side game.
Can I use the AI Trip Planner?
Paste dates, headcount, courses and vibe. The planner drafts the rounds, formats and day labels, flags anything it is unsure of, and fills the trip wizard so you can edit everything before the trip is created.
What about rotating foursomes?
Draw groups for every round at once and the draw keeps repeat pairings down so the crew mixes. If someone drops before a round starts, draw that round again. You can print the pairings and a cart card for each group.
Do trips support entry fees and side games?
Optional. Entry fees paid through Venmo are real money and pay out by the trip standings. Side games settle round by round. cfUSD is play money with no cash value and is always shown separately. Trip Markets are a play-only layer staked with XP, never real money. The trip ledger adds up the real-money items so everyone sees who owes whom.
What happens after the trip?
Generate an AI recap from the trip page - highlights, superlatives and memories in one shareable link. Guests get their result by email with a link to save the trip to an account. The trip keeps its champion in the crew's trip history, and one tap starts next year's trip from this one.
Is there a fee to organize?
No. Planning and organizing golf trips is free.
How is this different from a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet does not draw fair foursomes, let a buddy score without an app, total who owes whom, or write the recap. caddie.fun keeps invites, tee sheets, scores, money and the trip story in one place the whole crew can open.
Do players need the app?
No. Captains plan on the web or iOS. Anyone can open the invite link in a browser and say they are in without an account. One player per group can score the whole group from the cart card QR code, guests can score from their own link, and everyone gets the standings and recap. Guests receive their result by email with a link to save the trip if they sign up later.
