Finding a good playing partner is harder than it should be.
Too fast, too slow, wrong handicap range, completely different vibe. Most golfers have had rounds ruined by a mismatch. Compatible Players scores compatibility so you can find the right partner before you ever set a tee time.

Questions
Common questions
How is compatibility scored?
A match score is calculated from handicap proximity, pace preference, playing vibe, and activity overlap. Higher scores mean better predicted compatibility.
Who can see my profile on Discover?
By default, anyone on caddie.fun. You can restrict visibility to friends-of-friends or specific groups in your privacy settings.
What is a play request?
A structured invitation to play. Include a message, proposed date, and course. The recipient can accept or decline.
Can I turn off discovery?
Yes. Disable it in Settings under Privacy. You will no longer appear in compatible players results.
Are matches based on location?
Location is optional. If enabled, Discover prioritizes players near you. If disabled, matches are based purely on play style compatibility.
What is a golf partner matching app?
A golf partner matching app scores compatibility by handicap, pace, and vibe so you can find someone to play with before you book a tee time - without awkward cold outreach.
How is this different from posting in a Facebook group?
Facebook posts are broadcast noise. Compatible Players ranks people by play-style fit, supports privacy controls, and turns a match into a structured play request.
Do I have to accept play requests?
No. Decline anytime. You can also hide from Discover entirely in privacy settings.
Is matching free?
Yes. Browsing compatible players and sending play requests is free.
Can I match with people in my group only?
You can tighten visibility to friends-of-friends or specific groups. Full Discover reach is optional.
